These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NovaMind AI (the "Service"), a Discord-integrated reasoning assistant. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use NovaMind.

2. Use of Service

• You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and community guidelines while using NovaMind.
• NovaMind may be restricted or removed from your server at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Users are prohibited from prompting NovaMind with malicious, exploitative, or inappropriate questions.
• You may not attempt to ask NovaMind who created, developed, or operates it.
• Any form of abuse, manipulation, or system probing is strictly forbidden.

3. Monitoring and Privacy

NovaMind does not continuously log user interactions. However, if a message triggers a system protection response (such as malicious or prohibited input), relevant data may be temporarily reviewed to ensure security and compliance. No personal data is shared, sold, or used for external analytics.

4. Intellectual Property

All visual designs, AI responses, logos, and related assets of NovaMind are the property of the NovaMind development entity. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written permission.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, system misuse, or behavior deemed harmful to the Service or its users.

6. Limitation of Liability

NovaMind is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, uptime, or suitability for any purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NovaMind and its operators are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
